Abacus Pendant
I had the idea to make this pendant as the old counting frame design offers lots of possibilities to personalize a piece of jewelry. The gemstones can be chosen to make the most out of the color combination or emphasize a single color but also to display birthstones of a family or group. It’s a […]
Natacha Swarovski Crystal Bracelet
I created this bracelet using a simple bead weaving technique with the combination of Swarovski crystal beads in garnet, citrine, and peridot colors. I added gold metallic seed beads and white glass pearls for more vivid contrast, solidity, and depth. I used metal findings consisting of a sterling silver hook clasp, jumprings, and an extension […]
Dancing Raindrops Earrings
I wanted to make a pair of earrings that colorful and flirty. I used the Venetian square beads as the guide and created my design from there. The earrings were made using Gold-filled chains and genuine faceted teardrop peridot and citrine gemstones. The earhooks and heart designs are 14K gold.
Red Glass Autumn Necklace
First, I made these round beads from off cuts glass. Due to unknown C.O.E. of the glass I couldn’t mix any other colors on the beads hence I made the disc beads to add interest to my piece. I strung some citrine chips on small waxed linen thread in different length with small knots on […]
Rainbow of the Sun Lampwork Seed Bead Bracelet
This piece is composed of the artist’s own Borosilicate lampwork beads, complimented by clusters of 4mm faceted Amethyst, Citrine, and Garnet. She used 28 gauge sterling wire to weave the stones together. You’ll also see Balinese sterling beads, and charms of larger faceted Rubies, Amethyst, and Citrine. The artist calls this line “Cluster Charm Bangles”.
Collage Pendant With White Crystal Agate Druzy
I started out with the fabulous crystal agate druzy. To get together an interesting mix of complimenting gemstones, I chose different shapes, sizes, colors and textures of Prehnite, amethyst, garnet, apatite, citrine and peridot. The ‘backplate’ is a round shaped grid which offers options to fix the gemstones anywhere you like and is also solid […]
Fall Steampunk Collar Necklace
In this lovely necklace, I used clay cabochons with citrine stones in them, Swarovski stones, Miyuki beads, delica, rocaille and bugles and steampunk elements.
Maharani’s Pendant
“Maharani” means “Queen” in India. I call it a Maharani’s pendant because it reminds me of designs worn by the Rajput clan royalty of the olden days from India. I have used 14k gold filled wire to sculpt an 8.20 carat weight of genuine Citrine stone. I have also added a 6mm genuine round Citrine […]
Aventurine Cleopatra Necklace
These aventurine beads range in hues of honey, amber, citrine and caramel. Their triangle shapes are varied and lend an interesting feature to a “Cleopatra” look. I finished off the necklace with small aventurine nuggets in the same tonal colors. Tiny honey colored seed beads separate the aventurine beads. I’ve used a vermeil (gold plated […]
Sunny Skies Earrings
I made these earrings with 2 large, genuine citrine faceted ovals and 2 smaller larimar blue lace agate ovals. Silver plated findings were used. I just love the golden, sunny color of the citrine stones. The inspiration for this piece was simply my love of citrine.
