Rainbow Jasper  A type of jasper that is believed to ease stress and help you feel relaxed and secure. As it's name suggests, rainbow jasper is identifiable because of its rainbow of colors. Rainbow Jasper is said to help with courage, wisdom, and good fortune.
Rainbow Obsidian  A type of obsidian. The rainbow effect occurs when gas bubbles containing impurities get trapped in the lava flow as the obsidian forms. Rainbow Obsidian is said to be a stone of pleasure, bringing light and love into your life. Rainbow Obsidian has been used to enhance clairvoyance, and protect from negative energies in the environment.
Rainforest Jasper  A type of jasper that is characterized by its beautiful green pattern. It is also sometimes called Rhyolite. Rainforest jasper helps with communication and listening, and also helps to cleanse the liver.
Rattail  A thick and satiny decorative cord, best used in a piece without sharp edges as it tend to fray. Available in many colors. Buy Rattail Satin Cord
Rhodochrosite  Rhodochrosite is a soft mineral often confused with rhodonite. In its pure form, rhodochrosite is a bright red color, but is more commonly seen in a light pink with white banding. Rocaille Beads  Another name for seed beads.
Rosary  String of beads with a cross attached used by Catholics to count prayers. Designs vary, but often they are made specifically with certain number of small beads between larger beads to remind the person of the order of the prayers. It is used by moving one bead through your hand each time you complete one prayer, such as a Hail Mary. When you have gone around the whole necklace you are complete.
Round-nose Pliers  Available in an amazing array of colors, finishes, and styles, they are most often used in bead weaving and loomwork. Larger sizes are smaller, with 11/0 being the most common. Buy Round Nose Pliers
