By uploading content to our site you are affirming you own the copyright to it or have permission to do this. Uploading content that does not belong to you is a violation of our Terms.

By submitting pictures or text to our site, you are granting us a limited use of them within our website. You still own the copyright to them and can ask us to remove them at any time.

We treat user-submitted images and text within the Gallery as separate from our regular content and do not use them outside the Gallery without permission.

Advertising

We only accept advertising from companies that are related to our content in some way.

Billing

All advertising sales are final and non-refundable. In the event that we change our advertising offerings, we reserve the right to substitute equivalent advertising space for previously purchased offerings.

Beadage, its parent company, owner, and staff are not liable for any system downtime, crashes, or data loss, and shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from the Beadage website being unavailable for any reason whatsoever for any length of time.

By using our service, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Beadage and its parent company and staff against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Beadage or its parent company; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party and (3) copyright infringement.

We retain the right to change any or all of the above policies without notification.
