Beading Wire

Beading wire is made by braiding several strands of thin steel wire together into a cable before coating it with nylon. The resulting multi-strand wire, sometimes called tigertail, is very strong. It is useful for stringing heavy beads or anything where durability is important. Brands of beading wire include Accu-flex, Soft-flex, and Beadalon. It's stiffness means needles are not necessary and stringing is very easy. To finish a piece made with beading wire, use crimp beads, crimping pliers, and possibly bead tips.
