This is definitely a crazy necklace. I loved the octagon shape of this pendant, its beautiful combination of purples, greys and beiges and its large size – a little over 2″ across! The necklace is made up of a lot of different beads, two large silver foil lampwork beads balance out the huge pendant along […]
This necklace was inspired by the artisan crafted lampwork beads. The leopard fire agate, fossil coral focal, autumn jasper and bronzite all compliment the colors in the lampwork beads. I strung the necklace on accuflex wire and then finished it with an antique silver hook and eye clasp. The beads and gemstones are separated and […]
This was my very first attempt at hand knotting beads. I was so nervous but had to try it. I loved the beautiful contrast that the color salmon has against turquoise. So, with this piece, I hand knotted polished round volcano cherry quartz agate & a stabilized oval turquoise bead on white nylon/silk thread for […]
This necklace is made using round olive jade beads, cultured freshwater pearls and an unbelievable Queensland agate and olive jade pendant. This necklace’s leaf shaped sterling silver toggle clasp is just as beautiful. Necklace is strung on softflex .019 beading wire and is 20″ in length.
I love being able to use up leftover beads to create a beautiful eclectic piece. I used gold beading wire to string green agate chips, green glass beads of different shapes and sizes, clear Swarovski bicones, and green metallic seed beads. This is one of my favorite brass clasps, so I had to have it […]
My inspiration for this necklace were these large 12x18mm blue agate beads. They are like a cool faceted barrel. I wanted the blue to stand out so I added the leaf-cut labradorite beads with the blue flash to match the blue in the agate. In between each labradorite are 2 glass beads and a clear […]
Blues, browns and creams blend together in the brioche agate gemstone pendant on this necklace. I love the blues in this pendant and have not seen a brioche agate gemstone with so much blue before. The necklace is strung with 6 mm round dark brown agate, 3 mm round dark brown picture jasper, 4 mm […]
Created using sterling silver wire work, exquisite burnt orange agate, fire agate and vintage sterling silver. The agate pendant is wrapped in sterling silver 20 gauge wire. The sterling silver beads are vintage from the 1960’s. The wire wrapped pendant measures 3 inches. Overall length is 20 inches.
This bracelet is made with three medium size Moss Agate stones with curb chain threaded on stretch magic elastic to give this link effect. This bracelet is stunning and goes with so many outfits! I love the look of these bracelets and make them using many different beads and other materials.
Made with four 16mm flat rounds, four 12mm flat rounds, four 9×14 flat ovals, and twenty 8mm faceted rondelle larimar blue lace agate stone beads. I also used round opalites and silver toned metal spacer beads and a sterling silver toggle clasp. The pendant is sterling silver with a cubic zirconia stone set in. The […]
I made this necklace on just one (metal) thread, with a brown and green agate bead and a tiny white fresh water pearl as a pendant. I used green mother of pearl donuts with a dark brown glass pearl in the center and the same big oval agate and mother of pearl beads as the […]
This necklace is really easy to make. On beading wire I strung alternating emerald potato pearls with black seed beads. On each end I used a split ring and on one side is chain for adjustable length and on the other side is a hand made clasp using 20g silver wire. For the pendant I […]
I love working with unique pendants, so I chose this stunning agate slice pendant to be the focal point of this piece. To accent the pendant and add a splash of color, the necklace also features small and large peach aventurine beads in an alternating pattern. I also used cylindrical silver spacer beads and a […]
