I remember beading love beads with my Mum in the 80s when I was a kid and have loved making all things crafty ever since!

I'm originally from Australia and am an aspiring designer. I took a job in Japan 5 years ago and my love for making jewellery was rekindled when I walked into a random bead shop one day and didn't leave until closing time!

Colour is an important factor in my work as is texture. Since living in Japan, I've gone from making bright seed bead chokers to coaster sets of 8 using 6mm Czech glass beads!

I'm usually attracted to the bead first and then my ideas flow afterwards...I've always loved how the imagination is limitless!
