This jewellery piece is made from a special authentic fabric that is usually used for scarves in Anatolia. Flowers are very important in this fabric and also symbolise the relationship between nature and women. The necklace and the bracelet are made from 2 layers of fabric and in between there is thin fiber.
After the necklace is stitched, beads are added. The symbols relate to Anatolian traditions. For example, the flower is the motif of the Anatolian Weavers. There are also objects for daily use, figures inspired from daily life, animals, evil eye, and gold pieces which add a luminous quality to the work.
Ornaments include glass beads, ceramic beads, crystal, and felt.
