I am a practicing Optometrist but, I find the daily grind of "which is better, one or two," to lack creative fulfillment. I have had no formal training in jewelry making. Everything I have learned has been through trial and many, many errors! I got my start in jewelry making when my favorite necklace fell apart and I decided to repair it myself. I discovered jewelry making was fun and a great channel for my creative energy. It wasn't long before I found myself making more jewelry than I could possibly wear. The rest, as they say, is history.
