I purchased this gorgeous pendant from an online auction, but didn’t like the pendant bail that came with it. It was too large. I cut it off and used industrial strength glue to attach a tiger’s eye bead to the pendant and used it as an attachment point for the necklace. I then strung matching freshwater pearls and tiger’s eye on stainless steel, 49 strand Acculon beading wire. To complete the necklace I crimped a sterling silver clasp in place.
The earrings were created by using a dremel to drill a 4mm depression in the coin shaped fresh water pearls. Industrial strength glue was then used to attach 4mm tiger’s eye beads to the front surface of the pearls. After allowing the glue to set, I then used sterling silver wire to wire wrap additional sterling silver beads and a tiger’s eye bead on to the unit. After creating a loop, I attached the earring base to an ear wire.
