Crocheted Wire and Pearl Bracelet
For this piece I crocheted 28 gauge non-tarnish silver Artistic Wire with keshi pearls around the edges. I love the challenge of turning a hard material such as wire into soft and feminine pieces, as it is so unexpected. When I see people put them on and be amazed at how soft and touchable they […]
Sea Shell & Pearl Pendant
This pendant was constructed of gold filled wire and fresh water pearls. I started this as an exercise in learning. I was following a tutorial written by Eni on the Beaded Bail. I decided to follow through using an undrilled sea shell that I’ve had for some time. First I had to drill a hole. […]
Wire Wrapped Heart Pendant
There are situations where nothing but a heart will do. They are one of the most understood symbols of affection and very well liked as jewelry pieces. I set out to make a heart out of wire by hand forming the two pieces, then hammering them and finally wire wrapping them together. I then added […]
Antique Turquoise Collar
I made this antique turquoise piece using 2 sizes of round turquoise beads. You may use from 8mm for the smaller ones and 20mm for the big ones to have this effect. I use wire wrapping technique for each dangle with bronze eye pins to get that antique effect that would match the spider veins […]
Swirl Earrings
Pink and silver colored dangle swirl earrings. Made from wire, charms, and pink glass beads.
Copper Patina Earrings
To create these earrings I started with a sheet of copper. I cut out 2 circles, textured them and used a doming block to give a nice shape. I used a hole punch to create a hole for the wire to go through. The patina is created from ammonia and vinegar. I used 20 gauge […]
Twisted Wire Turquoise Bracelet
I started with two pieces of 24 gauge silver plated wire and twisted them together. At various intervals I strung pearls and turquoise gemstones on one wire strand and twisted the other wire around them. I repeated this technique to create 5 strands, and then I tangled the strands together in a random way.
Festive Pink Cuff
It took me a while to design this piece, as I wanted to make a modern and colorful cuff but make it edgy and elegant at the same time. Usually I am not a big fan of seed beads but I can see that it works great in this piece. This piece is a combination […]
Blue Woven Snails Necklace
This necklace consists of blue translucent glass stones fixed in silver plated wire. I wove the wire around the stone to create a snail shape. The lace that forms the top part of the necklace is a spiral chainmaille technique using silver plated chains. The pendant was woven and the stone is caged in the […]
Casual Salsa Necklace
I created this silver metal clay necklace to intentionally be charmy and have tons of movement when worn. I attached silver clay rings and random clusters of brown glass pearls and crystal beads to a sterling silver cable chain which I then anchored to a color-coordinated leather cord to make the necklace a little more […]
Song Bird Necklace
I made this necklace using ceramic focal beads from Earthenwood Studios. The light blues and yellows look amazing with the Vintaj brass. I made a simple chain using faceted chalcedony, and small blue ceramic rounds. I just simply strung the beads on looped wire, attaching them all together with jump-rings. I threw in a few […]
Mirror Mirror Fairest Of The All
This necklace is made using high polished silver chain and rubber coated satin red beads that I wire wrapped using silver hypo wire. I used silver jump rings to secure the beads onto the chain. I used a sivertone toggle clap as the closure for the necklace. The silver and red satin colored beads warms […]
Tree Of Life Pendant
I started this piece by twisting many pieces of silver color wire together creating a stem shape. I took one set of ends and bended them in the shape of roots. I attached green stones on the other set of ends to create tree branches.
Pink Daisies Jump Ring Anklet
I created this piece a few months ago, but it was only half-finished. I knew I wanted to make an anklet from the daisy chainmail weave. It’s just so beautiful that I knew it would look great on an ankle. After using my 16 gauge sterling silver, I got the basic length of the anklet, […]
Veronica Drop Earrings
These drop earrings started with the cute sterling silver bead caps. I paired them with the foiled glass purple beads and thought that looked nice. I did some wire work to attach them all together but they were still lacking something. I looked through my beads and found only two of the delicate faceted purple […]
The Dragonflies
This beautiful piece of jewellery was designed for your handbag or your cell phone. It is made with large dagger beads and small swarovski crystal beads.
Silver Collar
This collar is formed by the collar itself and a pendant made with several circles. Each part is shaped from silver wire on which are wrapped blue crystal in silver wire net. I think this would work well with an elegant party dress.
Freeform Wire Earrings
I love the physicality of working with wire; bending, coiling, twisting, making it do what I want it to do, and I made these earrings using 24 gauge Artistic Wire (permanently colored copper wire) in aqua and lemon hand coiled on a narrow mandrel. I made the headpin by making three tiny coils on one […]
Copper And Turquoise Earrings
I really enjoy working with wire because it is so versatile. I was actually playing around with different shapes when I stumbled upon this design. I used 20ga copper wire and 6mm cracked turquoise beads, with copper jump rings and copper earwires. To make sure that they were the same size I used a ring […]
Wine Glass Charm
These are easy to make and make great gifts. Most people really like them. You will need: Fringe Beads – about 40 or 50 per charm in the varying colors of grapes (purple, blue, green, gold, red, etc.). Leaf Beads – 2 per charm approximately 10 mm (you can also use leaf pendant style beads […]
