Scorpion Necklace

For this necklace I used a cabochon with a real scorpion within. I made the combination with shell pieces, bone beads, miyuki seed beads and beautiful filigree beads. The combination of the different materials and the copper and cream colors give this necklace a friendly instead of a scary look.

Simple Pink O-Ring Earrings

These earrings are a snap to make using several shades and diameters of pink and purple o-rings. Start with a large jump ring and thread the O-rings on and then attach a small silver O-ring to attach the earwire. The result has a messy charm and adds a pop of color to your outfit.

Earthy Blossom Tiger-Eye Necklace

Onyx and Hematite Protection Necklace

I was given this pendant for the holidays one year by my fiance. The sterling silver case holds a small removable chime intended to protect the wearer. I strung alternating smooth round beads in black onyx and hematite to create this double strand necklace. I finished the piece with a handcrafted sterling silver toggle clasp.

Ram Horn Peyote Stitch Necklace

I was influenced by Hittite figures and forms for this piece. I used the peyote technique with Japanese seed beads size 13 and size 15. The figure at the center of the necklace is handmade from 22 carat gold. I also used herringbone technique for clamps.
