White Rose Of Texas

I started by gluing the white resin rose to the leather, and then embroidered around it with white seed beads, crystals and pearls. I backed the creation with camel-colored leather. The necklace is strung with white beads of stone and resin as well as crystals of different sizes. It is about 20″ long.

Hematite Necklace

This necklace was a commissioned piece. It is made of a hematite cabochon sculpted into a pendant with anti-tarnish sterling silver wire. The necklace is made by stringing together hematite beads and fresh water pearls. I made the clasp with sterling silver wire. This necklace is 15″ in length.

Catherine Cross Choker

A two-needle RAW weave using Swarovski 3mm pearls and Swarovski crystal bicones. The fastening is a beaded 8mm Swarovski pearl. The name is a reference to Catherine the Great, who was patron of the Arts while she reigned in Russia. The cross is a right angle weave exercise taught in Moscow beading schools.

Goddess Necklace

This is a long necklace, that has a romantic touch to it. It is made up of light green foil glass twists, faceted clear glass beads, jade, glass pearls, Tibetan silver, seed beads and a gorgeous goddess bead to finish it off. The twirl on the end is sterling silver wire.
