Very simple and fun piece! I’ve used a tigertail wire base, with no clasps.
Inexpensive materials include: blue ceramic disc beads in small and large, tiger eye beads, a dichroic glass pendant, and a few metallic seed beads! Make sure to make the initial strand very long! Good luck!
